DuPont joined the worldwide ranks that included Egypt, Germany, Philippines, and numerous photogenic spots around the United States. With fellow photographers, we endeavored to get our best shots in two hours. We toured DuPont’s Historic Village and museum, then met for libations at McNamara’s Pub and Eatery.

More about Kelby Worldwide Photowalk
This is the second time we’ve hosted a Kelby Worldwide Photowalk in DuPont. The last time was in 2014. You can see our group photos here: DuPont Photowalk 2014.
SequaliShoot Photo Challenge
The SequaliShoot Photo Challenge asks photographers to take their best shot of any of DuPont’s trails – in 24 hours – and submit up to three images for judging. There are two categories of judging and awards – one for youth up to age 17 and one for adults 18 and older.
SequaliShoot is a made-up word derived from Sequalitchew, the historic creek and trail that was once used by the Nisqually Tribe and the original Fort Nisqually workers to transport goods to and from Puget Sound.
SequaliShoot will not be held in 2025.
About National Trails Day
National Trails Day is sponsored by the American Hiking Society every year on the first Saturday in June. It is designed to be a day of service for hometown trails and the people who love them. SequaliShoot is one of two National Trails Day events being held in the South Puget Sound region. Visit the website to find other trails events.
